Spring Flooding: Can you stop it please?

[Betty, if people are worried, they need to leave town. The Earth is really my priority and not just be people and I got a thing I'm doing with the flood that has nothing to do with people, so get out of the way, would you? Why Aren't We Furry?

I have wondered for years why, except for those from the Mediterranean, don't we have fur? In the South you would not want it, but for those that live in Minnesota and Canada, it seems like a good idea.

[ You don't remember, because it was about 40,000 years ago, but you guys all had fur (You should have the those living in the Mediterranean then...!!! LOL!). It seemed like a good idea to me also, but at one point there was a World Council Meeting where it was decided (Back then I used to take many suggestions and act upon them. Yeah, that worked well for about a week..!!) that rather than have to shave off the hair for those in warm climates, or Summer, that everyone wanted to have little to no hair and just clothing or animal skins to keep warm when needed. The animals are still pissed off about that one.
And while I argued against the change, I was out-voted (Yeah, it sucks being "the One" sometimes...), even though I tried to explain what the meaning of "I-C-E A-G-E" meant. The consensus was "Oh, how cold can it really get...???". Now you see why I just run things my own way without any interference from pea-brained hairless monkeys...!]
